Mango Payasam Recipe
Ingredients
Juicy Mangoes è 2
Milk è 1 Cup
Sugar è Cup
Powdered Cardamoms è 2
Nuts è 5 – 10
Preparation Method
First Peel and mash the mangoes in a bowl. Boil the Milk and keep it to cool. Then add the Boiled milk to the mango pulp along with the sugar, powdered cardamom & chopped Nuts. This delicious Mango Payasam is ready.
Cabbage Payasam Recipe
Ingredients
Fine grated Cabbage- 1 Cup
Milk – 4 Cups
Sugar – 2 Cups
Saffron – 1 Pinch
Ghee – 4 – 5 Tablespoon
Cashews & Raisins - As you wish
Preparation Method
Put the grated cabbage and milk together in a pan and boil it well up to the raw smell of cabbage goes...then add a pinch of saffron and sugar & mix it well in a medium flame. Take another pan & fry cashews & Raisins and add it to the milk and cabbage mixture with ghee. It is a health Payasam for kids.
Paladai Pradaman Recipe
Ingredients
Pal Adai - 1 Packet
Milk -1 Litre
Sugar 2 - 2 & Half Cups
Powdered Cardamom - A Pinch
water - 2 Cups
Ghee -3 Tablespoon
Cashew Nuts - 10 Nos
Preparation Method
First, break the Pal Adai into small pieces and added it the boiled water. Leave it a few minutes & Strain extra water from Pal Adai. Take a cooker and add 1 lire of boiled milk, Sugar and cooked Adai to it. Mix it all together & cook. Finally, add powdered cardamom to it. That all, very easy Kerala’s Adai Prathaman ready. Serve it in a bowl with roasted Cashewnuts, Badham and Pistas.
