Drumsticks are an excellent source of Vitamin B and Vitamin B12, which play an important role in improving your digestive health.

Ingredients for Drumsticks Vadai

Drumsticks – 4 Nos

Thoor dhal- 1 Cup

Salt - As Needed

Green Chilli – 2 Nos

Sliced Ginger - 1/2 Tablespoon

Onion -1 Nos

Curry Leaves - 1 Bunch

Asafoetida - 1/2 Tablespoon

Garlic – 1

Coriander- 2 Tablespoons

Oil to fry

Preparation Method

Boil the Drumsticks with salt and remove the skin and leave the flesh and seeds separately. Then put 1 cup of Thoor dhal in a mixer & break it as Ravai consistency with little amount of water. In a pan, add all these ingredients one at a time, starts with Onions, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Green chilies, Breaked Thoor dhal, Drumstick flesh, Drumstick seeds, Asafoetida, Chopped Coriander & Curry Leaves.

Once it’s all mixed together, then fried it as vadai in Oil. Garnish with Coriander Leaves & Serve it with Hot Tea.
