PANEER MANCHURIAN
Paneer Manchurian is one of the best indo-chinese Receipe. It is similar to Gobi manchurian. You can enjoy the dish with the Combo of Friedrice,chappathi,pulav. It is very famous in Chinese resturant. Now follow the steps to prepare yummy Paneer Manchurian...!
INGREDIENTS:
200gms of Paneer
3tbsp Corn-flour
1tbsp All-purpose flour
1tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder for colour
Salt as required
2 ½ tbsp Tomato Sauce
½ tbsp Soya Sauce
½ tbsp Vinegar or lemon juice
½ Pepper powder
1 Onion(finely chopped)
½ Capsicum(finely chopped)
3 Cloves of Garlic(finely chopped)
½ inch Ginger(finely chopped)
1tbsp Spring Onion (finely chopped)
PREPARATION:
Step 1 : Take a bowl add All-purpose flour ,2tbsp Corn flour, ½ Red chilli powder,salt and water as required and mix it well
Step 2 : Add Paneer into the mixture and mix it well
Step 3 : Take a pan and add 4 tbsp of oil and fry the paneer
Step 4 : Wait until the paneer get golden brown colour and set aside. Now Start to Prepare manchurian
Step 5 : Take a bowl and add 2tbsp of cornflour and water and mix it (without lumps).
Step 6 : Take a pan and add 2tbsp of oil then add finely chopped ginger , garlic and onion.
Step 7 : Saute it well
Step 8: Now add 2tbsp of tomato sauce , ½ tbsp of soya sauce,lemon juice and mix it well
Step 9: Now add the corn flour mixture and mix it well continuously.
Step 10: Now add the Fried paneer in the gravy and mix it well
Step 11: Check wheather the gravy is coated well
Step 12: Finally sprinkle some Spring Onion and serve it hot
You can enjoy the dish with fried rice and chappathiJ
