INGREDIENTS:
2 cloves of garlics finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small carrot finely chopped
1/3 cabbage finely chopped
1/3 cauliflower finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
handful of corriander leaves(finely chopped)
METHOD:
Step1:Take a pan and add 2tbsp of oil and add garlic and onion and saute it for 3minutes.
Step2:Then add carrot,cabbage,cauliflower,salt and saute for 4-5 minutes.
Step3:Now add required amount of water and boil it for 3minutes.
Step 4: Take a bowl add 2 tbsp cornstarch and water and mix it well
Step 5: Add Cornstarch mixture into the pan and mix it well
Step 6: Finally add the lemon juice and the handful of coriander leaves
Step 7: Serve it hot.
