Jamun improves our hemoglobin count  And also loaded with vitamin C and iron. Although it increases our hemoglobin too.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup sugar

Water required

Elaichi 2-3

10 Piece of Bread

2 spoons of milkmaid (or) milk powder

¼ cup of milk

Oil required

Steps to make Gulab Jamun:

Spet 1: First we need to make sugar syrup. so take one cup of water in a pan and add one cup of sugar into that after the sugar dissolves completely add 2-3 elaicies in it.

Step 2: In few minutes the sugar syrup will get ready and keep it aside.

Step 3: Then take pieces of bread and cut the brown sides of the bread.

Step 4: Now cut the bread into small pieces and use mixy to powder the bread.

Step 5: Once the bread powder is ready add 2 spoons of milkmaid or (2 spoons of milk powder) in it for a good taste then add ¼ cup of milk in it and mix it well.

Step 6:  After mixed well, shape it into small round balls you can make it to the desired size.

Step 7: once the oil is hot, fry the rolled bread balls keep the flame on medium and deep fry till you get a nice golden brown color, and add the fried bread balls into the sugar syrup so that’s the Jamun gets completed.
