Ingredients of Banana Cake

•    All-Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
•    Buttermilk - 1/4 Cup and 1/2 Teaspoon
•    Unsalted Butter - 3 and 1/4 Tablespoon
•    Eggs - 3 – 4 Nos
•    Salt – 1 Pinch
•    Banana - 1 and 3/4
•    Brown Sugar – ½ Cup
•    Sugar - 1/3 cup and 1 and 1/4 tablespoon
•    Baking Soda - 1/2 Tablespoon
•    Cashew Nuts – As you wish 

Preparation Method

Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius to prepare this banana cake recipe. Then take a round pan and spread a little butter and grease them well with it. Once it’s done. Next, you need to prepare the banana cake batter. For that, put all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl & mix it well. Keep this bowl aside until required. 

Then Take a large another bowl and add unsalted butter in it along with white sugar & brown sugar. Beat all the ingredients together until it light and fluffy using an electric beater. Once the butter-sugar mixtures get creamy and then add the eggs one by one and the beat well once again. Then peel the bananas and add them to the mixture as well. Beat it once again.

Finally, add the flour mixture in this bowl along with buttermilk, and beat the battle until that no lumps are remaining. Before the baking process, add the roasted walnuts. Then Transfer this Banana cake batter in the greased pans and put it in the preheated ovens. Bake this battle for about 20-30 minutes. After half an hour, take out the pans and let it cool at room temperature for 15 minutes. Serve This Banana Cake with Tea, Coffee & Enjoy….
